This is definite - in the UK fund managers don't have to disclose voting - though a very few do - most don't - eg HSBC shows some information but doesn't show it by individual resolution or even by company - read their explanation http://www.hsbcinvestments.co.uk/site/media/pdf/institutional_investors/corp_gov/vote_disclosure.pdf
