			<description>I agree. Agius was supposed to be an investment banker. To deny the need for significant additional capital for months and then being told they must raise more looks pathetic. The Standard Chartered deal has been very well received, but then the management is very highly respected and they are doing a deal when they don't need to. Why didn't Barclays get the Middle Eastern investors to underwrite its deal?  - a guest</description>

			<description>In my view a general rights issue would have been fully subscribed.  If new shares had been sold at a discount to the current low share price I for one would have snapped them up. I suspect this view is shared by most private shareholders. - a guest</description>
